Product Description
At present, the research on the recycling of waste lithium batteries is mainly focused on the recovery of high-value anode precious metals cobalt and lithium. Copper in the negative electrode of waste lithium battery (content up to 35%) is an important production raw material widely used. Based on the structural characteristics of lithium batteries, our company adopts an environmentally-friendly physical separation process to realize efficient separation and recovery of waste lithium batteries.
Lithium battery recycling separation process:
(1)The raw material shall be crushed by the first crushing machine. (30~100mm)
(2) Be delivered to the second crushing machine by the sealed conveyor. (2~5mm)
(3) The crushed material will be delivered into the air separator by high pressure air conveyor, it will be separated into rough powder and small powder and septum. The small powder enters the cyclone discharging device, the rough powder enters the vibrating screen.(air speed and air pressure precisely controlled by the transducer )
(4) The material which enters the cyclone discharging system will be delivered to the vibrating screen by the air conveyor, copper granule, aluminum granule, and lithium cobalt mixture powder will be separated from it, and as well as the septum powder.
(5) The rough powder contains more metal, it will be delivered to the vibrating screen via the high pressure air conveying system, the lithium cobalt mixture powder and copper/aluminum powder will be separated out.
(6) The final separating system is our air gravity separator, it can separate the lithium cobalt and copper and aluminum totally.
(7) The whole plant is running under the vacuum condition to avoid the dust pollution and leakage of the lithium cobalt.

1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
3. Or as per customer's requirements.

For multiple machines or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, unually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly, then loaded in container.
We can offer EXW, FOB and CIF terms.
EXW: You arrange the shipping details from our factory to your port by yourself.
FOB: We arrange freight transport to Qingdao, Shanghai or other ports of China, then you arrange the shipping details from China port to your country port.
