Waste solar photovoltaic panels The main components of photovoltaic modules are aluminum frame, glass, cell, EVA film, and backplane. Among them, the main component of glass is silica, and the secondary components are soda ash, limestone, magnesium oxide, alumina, mirabilite, and carbon; EVA is mainly ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; the core components of the battery are mainly monocrystalline silicon and Polysilicon; the main material of the frame is metal aluminum; the back plate is composed of two layers of PVF film and one layer of PET film. More than 90% of these materials can be recycled.

In view of the current problems in the recycling of solar panel materials, we have developed a large-scale solar photovoltaic panel recycling equipment that is non-toxic, high in separation efficiency, low in cost, and easy to handle in terms of process flow, which has important application value and academic significance. The photovoltaic panel processing equipment extracts silicon powder, copper powder and plastic with high market value through physical crushing and sorting. There are generally three main steps for the recycling of photovoltaic modules: first, disassemble the modules by machine or manually, and remove the backplane, wires and aluminum frames; the second step is to remove the tempered glass; the third step is to disassemble the remaining components. The panels are crushed and sorted to extract metals and plastics.

The scrapped photovoltaic panels enter the shredder for shredding, and the shredded materials enter the special shredder for shredding; Disperse the EVA film and the monocrystalline silicon wafer. The dispersed material enters the collector through the induced draft fan, and then is sorted to obtain silicon. The remaining mixed materials enter the special crusher, and then enter the airflow sorting screen through the air closer, and collect the positive metal and plastic through the airflow and vibration, and collect the dust generated by the airflow sorting machine at the same time.

Processable raw materials: used to process various waste solar photovoltaic panels, photovoltaic modules, etc., extract the metals
inside, and reuse resources. The equipment can recycle 95% of the material in crystalline silicon photovoltaic panels, and it is
specially designed to deal with "crystalline silicon" photovoltaic panels that have reached the end of their life. A typical
crystalline silicon solar panel is made of 65-75% glass, 10-15% aluminum frame, 10% plastic and 3-5% silicon. The photovoltaic
panel recycling equipment produced by Resec can dismantle, sort, process and recycle 98% of its materials.

Finished products that can be processed: After the sorted materials are processed and packaged, they will be sent to different
industries for reuse. Two-thirds of glass is recycled as cullet, which is sent to the glass manufacturing industry; aluminum
frames are sent to aluminum refineries; waste plastics can be used as fuel in cement plants; and recycled silicon can be recycled
in the precious metals industry. Utilize; leftover cables and connectors are crushed and sold as copper beads.

Most materials of waste photovoltaic modules can be recycled. Although the silver, aluminum, tin and other metals contained in them are small in content, they have high recycling value.
